1. Services Provided
Adybaba Agency offers digital marketing, website design, social media management, and related services. Specific details of services, including deliverables and timelines, will be outlined in the project agreement with each client.
2. Use of Services
You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only. You will not use the services to engage in any conduct that could harm Adybaba Agency, its employees, or third parties.
3. Payments
All payments for services must be made upfront as agreed in the contract.
Payment methods accepted: UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking.
Late payment may result in service suspension until dues are cleared.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and materials created by Adybaba Agency are the intellectual property of Adybaba Agency unless otherwise agreed in the contract. Upon full payment, rights to the deliverables will be transferred to the client, but Adybaba Agency reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio.
5. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time, provided written notice is given 30 days in advance. Upon termination, you will be responsible for all outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
6. Third-Party Services
Our services may include integrations with third-party providers (such as hosting, payment processors, etc.). Adybaba Agency is not responsible for any issues arising from these third-party services.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes or claims arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
8. Limitation of Liability
General Liability
Adybaba Agency, including its officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Service Disruption
Adybaba Agency is not responsible for any damages, losses, or costs arising from the failure of services, technical issues, or delays beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet failures, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.
Accuracy of Information
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Adybaba Agency makes no warranties or representations regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content, materials, or services provided on the website. You agree that use of the services is at your own risk.
No Warranty
All services provided by Adybaba Agency are “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, suitability, or performance of our services for any specific purpose.
Monetary Cap
In any event, Adybaba Agency’s total cumulative liability to you, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event.
Third-Party Liability
Adybaba Agency shall not be held liable for any actions, omissions, or damages caused by third parties, including but not limited to service providers, suppliers, and payment processors.

10. Amendments
Adybaba Agency reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be communicated through our website, and your continued use of the services following such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
