Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds
Adybaba Agency strives to provide high-quality services. However, we understand that there may be occasions where you are not satisfied with our services.

Non-Refundable Services: All our services, including Shopify store creation, premium theme integration, supplier setup, Facebook Business Manager account setup, Facebook ads and pixel setup, and NDR management, are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
Exceptional Circumstances: In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may consider a refund request if there is a significant issue that cannot be resolved. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellations
Service Requests: You may cancel your service request within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, cancellations are not permitted.
Project Termination: If you wish to terminate an ongoing project, please contact us to discuss the situation. Any payments made up to the point of termination will not be refunded.
